SMART Recovery 3rd Edition Handbook

The 3rd Edition of the SMART Recovery Handbook was used as the basis for SMART Recovery mutual support group meetings from 2013 through 2024.

This edition has been superseded by the 4th Edition, which has been updated with more empowering language and additional tools to reflect the most recent advances in cognitive behavioral science about behavior change.
